Sean Germon has been in Real Estate since 1991. His 25 years of experience has landed him a permanent spot as a speaker for Career Compass Accredited Training for realtors. Sean has experience as a lender for 7 years, appraiser for 3 years, developer for over 20 years, and is also the founder of Green Development Financial, an organization dedicated to providing funding for eco-friendly, green projects across the nation.

Bryan is a Southern California native, who started his real estate career when he was still in college. While receiving his Bachelor of Science in Merchandising Management and Business Entrepreneurship at Oregon State University, he worked as a property manager of college housing and discovered his passion for real estate.
Soon after graduating he joined Coldwell Banker to pursue his career as a real estate agent, where he surpassed the sales of his peers in the first year. He has a track record of exceeding expectations by providing outstanding customer service, data-driven investment advice, and hands-on initiative. Within only one week, he prepared, listed, and sold a property for 3-5% above the expected sales price in that market.
